Coba Yoga Flow
Our signature flow class great for all yoga levels; a dynamic Vinyasa (flow) style yoga class. Includes yoga poses (Asanas) with creative transitions from pose to pose. Includes breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation and a short meditation. Suitable for all levels. However people must have good mobility. If you are a beginner try the beginner friendly or beginner yoga classes.
Gentle Yoga/ Restorative
Our students favorite class! Gentle movements and stretching. A relaxing yoga class suitable for all levels including beginners and great for people with chronic illnesses and physical limitations. Only a few very easy yoga poses on the floor with bolsters and pillows so that you can be very comfortable and relaxed. Great for healing and relaxing.

Walk-in welcome!
Prenatal Yoga
A safe and welcoming class for pregnant women where we offer prenatal variations for all poses. No need to bring a doctor's note. Just walk in. If you want to attend any other class while you are pregnant just make sure you let the teacher know at the beginning of class so that you can get prenatal modifications.
