What is included?
- 3 night accommodation of your choice at a private Lake front Home.
- Daily fresh Vegetarian Breakfast and  Lunch
​- Coffee, Water and fresh daily Hibiscus Tea and or Fresh Lemonade. 
- Daily Beginner Yoga class. Includes Restorative poses and long Relaxation and Meditation.
- Evening Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and meditation. 

What is not included:
-Dinner Monday and Tuesday (We will make a dinner reservation in a near by restaurant).
-Transportation to the retreat house and back.
- Optional Private Session 1 hr. Thai massage/Yoga Bodywork - By appointment.

Our Goal:

To unwind, restore, renew ourselves, reconnect with our natural biorhythm and with nature. Nourish our bodies with  wholesome food and be surrounded with positive energy. To make good memories!

Accommodations
Our retreat will take place in a beautiful Lakefront house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with Air Conditioning. It can comfortably sleep 10 guests.  Indoor and outdoor dinning.  Game room, movie room. Hot tub, Sauna. A Lake view terrace and a beautiful shady deck for our yoga classes!

To save your spot you need a no-refundable $100 deposit. The balance must be paid in full by June 1st. No refunds after June 12 but in case you need to cancel you can get a credit towards any goods or services at the studio. Once you fill out the registration form; you will receive a confirmation and a payment link.
