COVID Protocol
Please help us stay healthy by following these guidelines:
  • Book ahead
  • Buy a class pass online to avoid contact
  • Please sign our NEW online waiver.
  • Stay 6Ft apart at all times
  • No hugging
  • No congregations
  • Please wear a mask to walk in and out, to move around the studio and while talking to other students.  Wearing a mask while practicing is optional.
  • Check in with your teacher by giving your name. 
  • Teachers will not be giving any hands on adjustments; they are staying 6ft apart
  • ​There are no props; bring your own mat, blanket, blocks etc.
  • Please stay home if you are feeling sick,  are having symptoms, have a cough or fever or if you have been exposed to the virus in the last 2 weeks. 
  • If the class is indoors; please allow for everyone from the last class to exit before you come in.
  • To allow for social distancing; please wait outside until everyone from the earlier class has exited the building.
  • Please do not chat with students inside the building.
  • While practicing yoga breath through your nose. Avoid BIG exhales out of the mouth. 
  • If you are suddenly coughing or sneezing  in class; please step out or wear a face mask.
What we are doing to keep you safe?
  • We are following NJ State Guidelines by  limiting class size to 25% capacity
  • Windows will be open; so layer up if it's cold outside.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting daily and in btw. classes.
  • ​Offer hand sanitizing.
  • Have markings to show you where to place your mat for indoor classes to allow for social distancing.
  • Have a protective screen at our front desk.
  • ​Asking our staff to follow the same guideline; staying home if experiencing symptoms and practice social distancing.
  • There will be no indoor chanting or strong breathing where we exhale out of the mouth.
