Coba yoga is located in Little Silver N.J. Our yoga studio offers child care. The beautiful yoga room has floor to ceiling windows with views of the river in front and a small forest on the west side. We offer Vinyasa style yoga classes for all levels.

Mahamudra is a Sanskrit word which means union of bliss and emptiness, the very essence of Buddhist Tantric meditation. It is an imaginative step-by-step spiritual training that guides us toward an experience of unparalleled peace and clarity. From this experience, we gain insight into ultimate truth, and the wisdom to live a meaningful life. Class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with prior experience of meditation.

Come Join Us for a Wonderful and Relaxing Sound and Vibrational Crystal Singing Bowl MEditation.

We will use, sound , color, essences Crystal Singing Bowls to go deep into a meditative state and reach deep levels of consciousness. Bring your favorite Blanket, and/or pillow to relax.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation

This is a very relaxing way to end a stressful week. We start with a 30 minute guided meditation followed by 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation. Students are laying comfortably on a yoga mat and blankets so that they reach a state of wakeful sleep.
Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 7:30PM- 8:30PM w/ Janet Gabel.
